Halloween
Wynn dressed up as Batman - he even had a cape! Chris had an away football game on Halloween and since we got ZERO trick-or-treaters last year, we went over to a friend's house. They got about 20-30 kids and we were going to go walk around her neighborhood but it was cold and raining. Next year.
Wynn also turned 2 months on Halloween!
We also took down some trees in the yard. This is something that we've talked about doing pretty much since we moved in. We took out 2 in the front and 2 in the back. It made such a big difference! We get so much more sunlight in the front window and the back deck doesn't have a big tree right next to it. It's also much more comforting knowing that we no longer have branches hanging over the house, so I don't have to hold my breath during storms any more hoping that nothing falls on the roof.
Thanksgiving
Wynn's first trip to Ohio! And his first major car ride. We were nervous about how he would do for the drive since he had been known to randomly start screaming for no apparent reason. Normally we would drive straight through and do the whole 9 hours in one day, but we decided that it would be better to split the drive into 2 days for Wynn's sake. He ended up being awesome in the car, slept most of the time and really only woke up to eat. Thank goodness just about a week or so before Thanksgiving he decided that he liked sucking on a pacifier. Up until that point, he was not a fan. But man, that pacifier certainly came in handy for the drive and really helped make it a painless trip. Thanksgiving was also the first time that Wynn got to meet his Aunt E and Uncle Hank! And his very first Casa bench picture.
Christmas
We did Christmas in Atlanta this year. Normally we go to MA for the holiday but with Wynn being only a few months old, we decided it would be best and easiest to simply stay home. But Grandma came to visit! She was here for the whole week of Christmas and got to spend some quality time with Wynn. It was such a relaxing and stress-free holiday. Wynn enjoyed his first Christmas and was spoiled rotten.

Wynn rang in the new year by turning 4 months!
That about sums it up! 2014 was awesome and we can't wait to see what 2015 has in store for us. We're looking forward to watching Wynn grow and turn into a toddler!
